FAQ

What you should know

How much does contboxx cost for a hotel?

The Free plan lets you try every AI channel and weather for up to three locations at no cost, no credit card required. It's meant for testing, with a small daily request quota. For several screens running all day, more locations, and the games, choose Starter, Basic, or Professional; Enterprise is available on request.

Does it work with the digital signage system in our lobby?

If your system can display web pages, yes. Pick your content in the dashboard, get a URL, and add it to your player as a web page or HTML widget. For custom layouts, the content is also available via RSS, JSON, or a REST API.

Does contboxx replace our digital guest directory?

No. Breakfast hours, spa offers, or Wi-Fi details stay in your own content. contboxx runs alongside them in the same playlist and fills the remaining airtime with weather, news, and travel stories.

Can the screen switch languages for a tour group?

Yes. The AI channels are available in 31 languages, translated automatically. You pick the language in the dashboard, so when a group from Italy checks in, the breakfast room screen can run in Italian for the week.
